FREE DELIVERY- Spend over £30 and your order will be sent out with Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery for FREE!

UK Standard – £1.00 per item

Rest of World Standard – £2.00* per item – Royal Mail International, 7-20 days delivery

*Please note we currently do not ship to Russia

All prices show on the website includes VAT.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays) once payment has been received. Please note, we will email you if there are going to be any significant delays to delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it back to us for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days, providing the goods are returned unworn and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings which have been removed from the packaging, unless they are faulty.

Please note items bought at sale price must be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund.  Please inform us why you are returning the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

It is advisable to send the item by Recorded delivery for your own records. Once the item is received by Carina’s Crafts  we will e-mail you to confirm receipt within 3 working days.

If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for the return item will not be reimbursed. If the item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with a refund or exchange.
